As a founder of Roke Telkom, Kenneth has played an important role seated in the organisation’s Executive Committee as Chairman since 2006. A successful entrepreneur and businessman, he has brought a wealth of experience gained in various industries to Roke Telkom and has pushed the business forward identifying new and innovative business opportunities every step of the way.

As our Chief Executive Officer, Roger has played an important role in the establishment of Roke Telkom as an international service provider.He has a unique background in the telecoms industry having worked for two specialized telecom vendors in California, USA. Roger is passionate about building a customer-centric culture within RokeTelkom and enabling the organisation to deliver tailored made and truly innovative solutions to the market.He holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree (Honors) in Business, from United States International University- San Diego, California
Peter Muhumuza
Chief Technical Officer
Peter Muhumuza joins Roke Telkom Limited as Chief Technical Officer. Peter brings a wealth of knowledge and experience within the service provider industry, having been involved in development of Africa’s largest service provider networks. Earlier in his career Peter worked at MTN Uganda and Orange Uganda as an IP/MPLS engineer and manager before spending 5 years as a Regional Lead Engineer at Core2Africa, an African IP/MPLS Intergrator that saw him consulting and building networks of many ISPs & Telecoms in Africa including MTN Uganda, MTN Rwanda, KTRN Rwanda, Safricom Kenya, Dalkom Somalia, Vodafone Congo, Orange Congo, Mauritius Telecom, Internet Solutions Kenya, VOX Telkom South Africa among others. Before joining Roke Telkom, Peter was at Huawei Technologies as an IP Engineering Manager overseeing support and deployment of new data communication projects in Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi. Peter earned the industry's prestigious Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) in 2014, holds Bachelor of Information Technology and Computing Degree from Kyambogo University and a Post graduate diploma in Project Management from Uganda Management Institute.
Edwin Kyambadde
Chief Financial Officer
Edwin Kyambadde joins Roke Telkom Limited as Chief Financial Officer. Edwin brings with him International Financial management experience at senior levels obtained in telecoms and other commercial environments. Before taking over this position, Edwin was at Airtel Africa as Commercial Controller for Africa, overseeing 17 operations in this role and prior to that as Finance Director at Smart Uganda, and Financial Controller at Orange Uganda Limited (part of France Telecom Group), a position he held for over 3 years. Edwin started his career in the UK where he held various management positions.In his previous roles, Edwin was responsible for developing and implementing Financial strategies, creating the Finance functions with sound policies and procedures, reporting performance, management decision support, product and service profitability, establish and maintain strategic alliances with key stakeholders and partners.Edwin is a Chartered Management Accountant from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences Degree majoring in Economics from Makerere University, Uganda, Diploma in Business Administration from Warwick Business School, UK.
